Thermostats

Our range of heating, cooling, and double thermostats are an ideal temperature control mechanism within control panels or enclosures. The thermostats can be used as part of a thermal management system, in which they help to manage the temperature, and reduce the risk of condensation, by controlling when the fans, heaters, heat exchangers, or switching signal devices turn on or off using pre-set temperature parameters which will ensure an optimum environment is maintained within the enclosure, reducing the risk of failure of the electrical components inside (e.g. transformers and/or power supplies). The thermostats are either normally closed (NC) for heating, normally open (NO) for cooling, or double (NC + NO) for heating and cooling. The temperature range settings of the units span from -10 °C to +80 °C and the they operate with a snap-action, bi-metallic, two pole or four pole contact set. The thermostats feature a clip for mounting on 35 mm DIN rail and are IP20 protected.
