Anti-Condensation Heaters

The units comprising our range of anti-condensation heaters are perfect for reducing risk of condensation within control panels or enclosures by controlling the humidity levels within the enclosed environment. This helps to reduce the likelihood of failure of the electrical components (e.g. transformers and/or power supplies) inside. The units range from 10 Watts to 1,500 Watts and are available in, both, standard and fan-assisted types. Input voltages range from 110V AC to 250V AC and protection ratings are from IP20 to IP44. Wire or terminal connection options are available and all heater elements are PTC resistors.

NCHW Series

The units comprising the NCHW series of anti-condensation heaters are perfect for reducing risk of condensation within control panels or enclosures by controlling the humidity levels within the enclosed environment. This helps to reduce the likelihood of failure of the electrical components (e.g. transformers and/or power supplies) inside. Models range from 10 Watts to 30 Watts and have an input voltage of 110~250V AC / 110~250V DC. The heaters feature wire connections and the heater elements are PTC resistors. Units are designed to IP44 and are DIN rail mountable.

NCHT Series

The units comprising the NCHT series of anti-condensation heaters are perfect for reducing risk of condensation within control panels or enclosures by controlling the humidity levels within the enclosed environment. This helps to reduce the likelihood of failure of the electrical components (e.g. transformers and/or power supplies) inside. Models range from 15 Watts to 150 Watts and have an input voltage of 120~250V AC / 120~250V DC. The heaters have terminal connections and the heater elements are PTC resistors. Units are designed to IP20 and are DIN rail mountable.

FCHT Series

The units comprising the FCHT series of anti-condensation heaters are perfect for reducing risk of condensation within control panels or enclosures by controlling the humidity levels within the enclosed environment. This helps to reduce the likelihood of failure of the electrical components (e.g. transformers and/or power supplies) inside. Models range from 250 Watts to 400 Watts and have an input voltage of 230V AC / 230V DC 50 / 60 Hz. The heaters feature terminal connections and the heater elements are PTC resistors. Units are designed to IP20 and are DIN rail mountable.

SFHT Series

The units comprising the SFHT series of anti-condensation heaters are perfect for reducing the risk of condensation within control panels or enclosures by controlling the humidity levels within the enclosed environment. This helps to reduce the likelihood of failure of the electrical components (e.g. transformers and/or power supplies) inside. Models range from 410 Watts to 550 Watts and have input voltages of either 120V AC or 240V AC. The heaters feature terminal connections and the heater elements are PTC resistors. Units are designed with insulated casing to UL 94 V-0 and are DIN rail mountable.

MCHT Series

The units comprising the MCHT series of anti-condensation heaters are perfect for reducing the risk of condensation within control panels or enclosures by controlling the humidity levels within the enclosed environment. This helps to reduce the likelihood of failure of the electrical components (e.g. transformers and/or power supplies) inside. Models range from 800 Watts to 1,500 Watts and have an input voltage of either 110V AC or 230V AC. The heaters feature terminal connections and the heater elements are PTC resistors. Units are designed to IP20 and with an airflow rate of 35 cu m/hr free blowing.
