A comprehensive range of custom built toroidal transformers. All are designed and manufactured to customers’ own requirements using top grade materials and employing the most advanced winding technology.

Standard designs are based around the sizes listed below but where units are required to fit into a specific area special units can be produced, all units can be fully encapsulated using a flame retardant polyester resin.

A revolutionary new range of single phase transformers from 50VA to 500VA, which are up to half the width and weight of conventional transformers.

Units from 50VA-160VA are designed for both DIN rail mounting or chassis mounting and larger units are designed for chassis mounting only. The revolutionary design combines efficiencies from over 90%, low radiated magnetic fields and low temperature rises. To the systems engineer this means the SlimTRAN range can be used along side more heat sensitive electronics. They occupy less space per VA and radiate less heat. Integral fuses can be fitted to both the input and the output windings. All units are encapsulated in high impact moulded enclosures using a polyester resin and are fitted with touch proof terminals.
