A comprehensive range of custom built three phase transformers designed specifically to customer own requirements.Any quantity can be accommodated from single units to regular call-off orders.

 

Sizes from 120VA to 50KVA (TE 120-TE 50000) are designed with Class E (120 deg C) materials with an additional option of Class F (155 deg C) designs from 2KVA to 100KVA (TF 2000-TF 100000).

 

All transformers are air cooled and are fully varnish impregnated with an aesthetically appealing polyester varnish. Connections are via high specification touch proof terminals giving both a compact design and ease of wiring. DIN rail mounted terminals are used for currents exceeding 50 amps.

Fixing brackets are secured through the transformer core giving a compact and robust design .Fixing centres are designed to give easy access to fixing slots for ease of installation.

 

A low profile range of units are also available where height restrictions are necessary. Dimensions are available on request. All windings are wound on robust glass reinforced bobbins to DIN 41 305 to give both a high electrical strength and a high quality construction.

 

A full range of ventilated enclosures is available for all sizes , as shown, with IP 65 enclosures available on request. Variations include specific input and output voltages , multiple input and output windings and in-built overload and short circuit protection using in-built fuses and/or thermal protectors. Special customised designs can be produced to meet various international standards.
