A comprehensive range of
DIN rail mounted interface modules for the automation, controls and machine tool
markets. Passive interface modules can be
supplied having sub miniature D(Sub-D) male and female connectors from 9 pin to
50 pin. Also a range with IDC or FRC (Header)
connectors from 10 pin to 64 pin is available.
Relay
interface modules are in both 1 pole and 2 pole double throw with both AC and DC
coils. They are available in 1 to 16 channel
and have LED indication and a freewheeling diode is provided for relay coil
protection. Four pole double throw units can
be supplied in 1 to 8 channel. Fused relay
modules with 5 x 20mm fuse holders in 1 pole and 2 pole versions are available.
These have fuses at the poles to protect from
overloads and short circuits and can be supplied with or without fuse blown
indication. Relay modules with IDC/D-Sub
connectors on the contact side provide an input or output interface to PLC/DSC/CNC
or any other dedicated computer system in the
control, automation, machine tool and process industries. They are available in
1N/O, 1 C/O and 2 C/O configurations.
Diode
modules are available in series, O ring and other configurations. They are used
for reverse DC polarity protection, freewheeling
and DC inductive kick suppression from 4 to 16 diode.
Signal distribution
modules are for the distribution of both AC and DC signals. Special
configurations are available on request.
Resistor modules are available in series and parallel configurations with from 4
to 16 resistors. Resistors are 4700 Ohms/0.25
Watt and resistor current is 5mA at 24V DC. LED
resistor modules are available in series, common cathode and common anode types.
These modules are used to monitor control
functions and sequences to detect problems quickly and efficiently.
Solid
state relay modules are widely used in automation for potential separation
between control and field signals. They range
from, 1 to 16 channels. DIN rail mounted
switched mode power supplies are available in DC power ratings from 5V 1A to 5V
10A, 12V 1A to 12V 10A and 24V 1A to 24V 10A.
